Automobile Magazine App Reviews

The degradation of the content was bad, but now it will not allow me to sign-in and download the latest issue! It states that there is a problem contacting the server, try again later. Been trying for two days. No response to my email requesting help. Junk! 11-Aug-15: problem is corrected; Im able to log in and download the September issue. Finally.

Update- You can now download content Older review. So just to be clear, like its sister mag, Motortrend, this iPad app went from first to last. Given the previous apps capability, Id be surprised if they werent able to monetize their presence in the space. All this in this day and age..Oh well. Now, users cant download. Dude! Who is running your technology and social media units? At least give us some update about technical difficulties. 0 stars

Add me to the list of subscribers that cant get my magazines. I purchased a new iPad mini 4 and since then my magazines cant be downloaded and my subscription cant be restored on any of my devices. And it effects all of my subscriptions that come from TEN...

Easy to hold and fun to read. Taking this app with all the downloaded issues is ...... But! Problem #1. The issues disappear. Too many times they have gone "poof!" (7 or 8X in the past 18 months) which means tedious downloading time that takes too darn time. Isnt there a way to lock the magazines in place? "Automobile" has consistently been, for me over the past decade, the best new car magazine with informative, well written car reviews along with analytical technological articles. But! Problem #2. The slogan of "No Boring Cars" now seems to be a indicate a shift to reviewing/analyzing cars costing near or above $100K. There are plenty of cars in the $30-$65K range that arent boring to the average reader. So is it an app problem? Sure if the apps content is no longer relevant So the app needs a lock and the magazine needs to adjust its focus. Other than those 2 things, its a mag Ill stick with to see if things get better.

Cannot unsubscribe...app does not recognize itunes store or the registered email!!! Stealing should not be allowed from Itunes Store!!

Outdated and badly in need of an update. Does not use the full screen of an iPhone 6. Will not renew because of this horrible glorified PDF viewer. Moved to 2 stars since I dont have login issues anymore.

The app,is easy to use and I love it. I just wish they would go back to highlighting the designs like they used to.

I have now purchased a 2 yr. subscription last May in 2015 and received 2 issues before being told they have no record of me and said they could not assist. After a lot of time wasted including showing them the email confirmation that I paid for the subscription, I wrote off the $18 and bought another subscription. I figured I did something wrong. But here we are again and it does not allow me access a second time. $this time I will just cancel the cc charges. Save your self the incredible pain and do not use their app or product. Sent from a very disappointed and frustrated enthusiast.
