Unable to Download Digital Edition

I have bee unable to download the latest edition of the magazine despite reinstalling it, logging in to my online account on my mac, trying to get my password reset (after error message telling me the email address I just used online wes invalid, and more time wasting attempts to download the Emag.

Very frustrating, and, I am beginning to think it is a problem from Automobiles side, not mine?
